The house

A two-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, full of original character and eclectic charm. Facing two interior courtyards, it enjoys a wonderful cross-breeze and remarkable quiet for central Paris. With Le Bon Marché and the Jardin du Luxembourg just a short walk away, and Vaneau métro station five minutes on foot, this is a beautifully connected base in one of the city's most elegant neighbourhoods. LIVING AREA The sitting room is generous and utterly unique, with white-painted beamed ceilings stretching over a vast, loft-like space.

A bold red designer chair, a vivid blue butterfly seat, a deep sofa, and a large wooden dining table that invites long, convivial meals. A rich red rug anchors the space, while colourful artworks and collected curiosities from around the world dot the walls and surfaces. Industrial-style black-framed glass partitions separate the living space from the bedrooms, flooding the apartment with light while giving each area its own sense of place. KITCHEN The kitchen has real soul, with exposed stone walls, rustic wooden beams, and warm oak cabinetry set against sleek black countertops.
