The apartment faces two interior courtyards and benefits from a cross-breeze. Its loft-like sitting and dining area has white-painted ceiling beams, a sofa, colourful chairs, a large wooden dining table, artworks and collected objects. Black-framed glass partitions separate the living area from the bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has exposed stone walls, wooden beams, oak cabinetry and black countertops. Equipment includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster.

The main bedroom has painted ceiling beams, wooden furniture and a grey velvet armchair by the window. The second bedroom sits behind glass partitions and has a queen-size bed beneath exposed beams. Fans are provided in all bedrooms between May and September.

Bathing facilities include a bathtub and twin basins, plus a separate blue mosaic-tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Other facilities include free internet, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, towels, a TV, a piano and a sound system. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.

Le Bon Marché and the Jardin du Luxembourg are a short walk away; Vaneau métro station is five minutes on foot. The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator and has lower-than-normal ceilings.
