The apartment accommodates four guests with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. Balconies overlook the Darsena and the former Posts and Telegraphs building. Interiors include marble features, Artemide design pieces and original Tulip Saarinen tables.

The living area has a sofa bed, armchair and marble fireplace. The adjoining kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, moka coffee maker and kettle, with a dining table beneath a chandelier. The bedroom has a TV, walk-in wardrobe and two balconies. The bathroom has a large shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

For group reservations, a separate neighboring flat with four beds can also be requested; it is not included in this apartment's occupancy. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is about 60 km away and Comiso Pio la Torre Airport is about 110 km away. Syracuse railway station and the interbus station serving the airports are about 1 km from Ortigia.

Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
