The house

The renovated apartment occupies a single level and combines historic interiors and antique furnishings with modern equipment. A hallway leads to a spacious living room with a sofa, armchairs, TV and piano. An old portal connects it to a dining room furnished with antiques, a table and chairs.

The separate kitchen includes a dining table, chairs and a small sitting area with a TV cabinet. Equipment includes an oven, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.

Each of the four bedrooms has a queen-size bed, balcony, air conditioning, closets and antique furniture. There are two bathrooms with showers and a separate toilet room; all three have a bidet, washbasin, bathroom linen, hairdryer and electric fan heater. An external veranda contains a washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi and an iron are available.

Corso Italia and bus and metro stops are a few steps away. Piazza Europa is a 10-minute walk away, and the lava-cliff seafront and San Giovanni li Cuti seaside village are a short distance away. The surrounding area has bars, restaurants, pastry shops, supermarkets and other shops. The central station is 1.7 km away, the airport is 7.9 km away, and Catania Cathedral is a 38-minute walk away.
