Ripari di Giobbe is a private villa on two floors. The first floor has three double bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a hydromassage tub and access from each bedroom to the panoramic terrace. The ground floor has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The property has a fenced park, a portico with a brick-built barbecue and a swimming pool reached by stone steps.

The 10 x 5 m rectangular pool is in a secluded area of the property at a lower level than the villa and is reached by a few stone steps. Its depth varies from 1.20 to 2.50 m. It has chlorine purification, a ladder, internal lighting and a 200 sq m sunbathing area with sunbeds, deckchairs, two umbrellas and a cold-water shower. It is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Ripari di Giobbe beach is 700 m away. The beach can be reached on foot from the villa along a path. The access roads include 20 m of unpaved road in good condition.

The property is for lease only. Small-size pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning charged for animals. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Extra guests are not covered by the rate. Electricity, heating, tourist tax where applicable and animal cleaning are excluded charges.
