House rules
Only guests registered in advance may enter the building. Visitors are not allowed during the stay. Luggage may not be left at the building entrance before check-in or after check-out, and guests may not wait at the entrance for the unit to be released. Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted. No crib is provided. The minimum reservation age is 18. Smoking in the room is not allowed. Events and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. For reservations of 20 days or more, electricity and gas for the full rental period must be paid by the guest at the end of the stay.
Getting there
Copacabana Beach is 100 metres away. The apartment is on the fifth floor. Supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants and public transport are nearby. The building has 24-hour concierge service.
