House rules
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Later check-out is available upon request. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The minimum stay is 2 nights and the villa sleeps up to 4 guests. Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of amounts paid, less processing fees; cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Getting there
The villa is in the rainforest and mountains of San Josecito, about 10 minutes from Uvita. It has Pacific Ocean and Whale's Tail views and is near a waterfall. Beach access, road conditions, parking, and vehicle requirements are not specified.
