House rules
Pets are permitted only by prior arrangement. Smoking is not permitted. Children are welcome. A security-deposit pre-authorization of $1200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 7 days after departure. Payment schedule: 50% is due at reservation, with the remainder due 90 days before arrival. Paid prepayments are 100% refundable when canceled at least 90 days before arrival and 0% refundable afterward.
Getting there
Steps from the oceanfront deck lead directly to Hidden Beach. Coffee shops, restaurants, a local market, Hidden Beach playground and park are within walking distance. Bedroom 3 is upstairs, and Bedroom 4 is an upper loft above Bedroom 5.
