The outdoor area has a chlorine pool measuring 6.30 × 4.40 m, with depths of 1.60–1.70 m, an outdoor shower, hammocks, sun loungers, parasols, a terrace, a barbecue, a wood-fired oven and swings. A small vegetable garden and chicken area provide seasonal vegetables and eggs. Nearby neighbours mean privacy is partial.
Inside, the spacious living room has a television and fireplace. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, towels, hair dryer and fans are available.
The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a wardrobe, and the third has a double bed and wardrobe. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies. Bathroom facilities include a shower and bathtub indoors and an outdoor shower bathroom without hot water.
Outdoor parking accommodates five cars, and covered parking is also available. Pets are welcome. The owner visits every two days to feed the chickens, with visits arranged with guests beforehand.
