The townhouse accommodates up to eight guests and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Southwestern-inspired furnishings, colorful wall art, a fireplace, board games and children's games furnish the living spaces. The community pool typically opens at the end of March and closes in October. The community hot tub is open year-round. Views include the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains.

Downtown Moab is six miles to the south, and Arches National Park is a 12-mile drive from Rim Village. Moab Golf Course is nearby; guests receive a 20% discount on golfing fees. Nearby outings include Ken’s Lake, Slickrock Bike Trail and the La Sal Mountain Loop Road.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests below the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation count or the maximum of eight guests. Stays are temporary; permanent residence is prohibited.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Adults must supervise minors at all times.

Subject to booking-channel terms, guests may be charged for damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or the actual cost if greater, for violations or excessive mess; and applicable fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night's rental. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Violations may result in removal without refund.

Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Unit-specific terms override these general terms; conflicting booking-channel terms control. The cancellation policy shown on the booking channel at booking applies.
