An atrium adjoins the third bedroom, and a sitting area adjoins the primary bedroom. A Casper king bed is provided. Amenities include central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and televisions with cable/satellite and streaming. A two-car garage includes a Tesla charger. Shared community amenities include pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a fitness center.
