House rules
Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Before receiving arrival access, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through the payment link sent before arrival. Late check-in and late checkout are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Contact the team before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for 35€ per stay.

Venice Santa Lucia train station is 1 km away. The building has an elevator.
