Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is 53.6 km away, Pollença Golf Club 2.8 km, Sa Pobla train station 11.3 km, the Pollença bus stop 5 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 14.4 km and Centre de Salut de Pollença 5 km. Exterior parking is limited to three cars.
