## About the house

The rustic villa is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a living room with a large sofa, an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and dining table, and a double bedroom with a wardrobe, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs are another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with wardrobes and air conditioning, plus a shared full bathroom with shower.

Outside, the chlorine swimming pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 2 metres deep. A lawn with sun loungers surrounds the pool. A barbecue stands beside the porch, which has tables and chairs for outdoor meals. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. A cot and high chair are provided for babies, and a change of towels and bed linen during the stay is included. The kitchen also has a microwave, and the villa has a fireplace.

Pollença has a historic centre with narrow cobbled streets. Puerto de Pollença has a sandy beach and a promenade with bars and restaurants; the nearby Sierra de Tramontana offers hiking and cycling opportunities.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is 53.6 km away, Pollença Golf Club 2.8 km, Sa Pobla train station 11.3 km, the Pollença bus stop 5 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 14.4 km and Centre de Salut de Pollença 5 km. Exterior parking is limited to three cars.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
