The house

This contemporary coastal home has Hamptons-inspired interiors, two living areas and a generous dining area. The main lounge has a gas fireplace and TV; the second living area provides space for reading, movies or children's entertainment. The kitchen has an oversized island, quality appliances, a microwave and coffee maker. Ducted heating and central evaporative cooling serve the home.

Outside are a private heated pool, sun loungers, a spacious deck with BBQ and alfresco dining, a leafy elevated outlook, a fully fenced backyard and an outdoor shower. Pool heating runs from December to Easter; heating outside that period is available on request for an additional fee.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, sitting nook and ensuite with double vanity and rainfall shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has two single beds that can be configured as a king on request. The fourth has a double-over-single bunk and a separate single bed. The main bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate shower. A laundry provides a washing machine and dryer.

The home has Wi-Fi, a private entrance and free driveway and garage parking for up to four vehicles. Tyrone Foreshore and Rye's back beach are minutes away, with Peninsula Hot Springs and local dining within easy reach. Guests must climb stairs.
