This contemporary coastal home has Hamptons-inspired interiors, two living areas and a generous dining area. The main lounge has a gas fireplace and TV; the second living area provides space for reading, movies or children's entertainment. The kitchen has an oversized island, quality appliances, a microwave and coffee maker. Ducted heating and central evaporative cooling serve the home.

Outside are a private heated pool, sun loungers, a spacious deck with BBQ and alfresco dining, a leafy elevated outlook, a fully fenced backyard and an outdoor shower. Pool heating runs from December to Easter; heating outside that period is available on request for an additional fee.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, sitting nook and ensuite with double vanity and rainfall shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has two single beds that can be configured as a king on request. The fourth has a double-over-single bunk and a separate single bed.
