No smoking, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, guests must complete a pre-check-in form to confirm identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator. Window blinds are provided, but there are no shutters; some light may enter in the morning.
