The living and dining area has a wide bay window overlooking a quiet courtyard, a sofa, a table for two and vintage 1970s-style wallpaper. A partition wall separates the sleeping nook, which contains a double bed, from the main living space.

The kitchen has countertop space, storage, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, crockery and cutlery. There is no microwave or dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a wash basin with storage, blue tiling, wood accents and an integrated washing machine.
