The house

Set among aspens and evergreens directly on the Big Wood River, the home sleeps 10 and has two full kitchens, a wood-burning fireplace, a private sauna and an office with a desk. Recreation facilities include a ping-pong table, arcade games, a pinball machine and a grill. The home has been featured in Architectural Digest.

Entry is on the second floor, with cubbies, benches and hooks for outdoor gear. This level has a secondary living area with a couch, two armchairs, a 65-inch television, a four-person dinette and a full kitchen. A glass door leads to a furnished front porch. Three guest bedrooms contain one king bed and two queen beds.

A short flight of stairs leads down to the bunk/game room, which has two full-over-full bunk beds, a large sectional, television and outside access. Upstairs, the main living area has vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, mountain-facing windows and seating around the wood-burning fireplace. The dining table seats eight; a separate nook has bench seating and two chairs. The upper kitchen has high-end appliances and a four-stool bar. Two club chairs sit beside a window near the door to the large deck.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.
