The home has internal and external access to both levels. The connected ground floor contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living zone and a kitchenette. Upstairs, two queen bedrooms share the main bathroom beside the lounge and galley kitchen.
Retro furnishings, original hardwood floors and panelled ceilings feature throughout the upstairs living space. Outdoor areas include a large upper deck, a covered lower deck, outdoor seating, a barbecue and landscaped gardens.
Facilities include Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, split-system air conditioning and heating, a wood fire and a full-service laundry with washer and dryer. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Linen is provided; firewood is supplied only from May to October.
A bathtub, shower, hot water, iron and smoke detector are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two, with a crib, baby bath and baby monitor available. The holiday home is professionally managed with local 24/7 support.
