## About the house

The home has internal and external access to both levels. The connected ground floor contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living zone and a kitchenette. Upstairs, two queen bedrooms share the main bathroom beside the lounge and galley kitchen.

Retro furnishings, original hardwood floors and panelled ceilings feature throughout the upstairs living space. Outdoor areas include a large upper deck, a covered lower deck, outdoor seating, a barbecue and landscaped gardens.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, split-system air conditioning and heating, a wood fire and a full-service laundry with washer and dryer. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Linen is provided; firewood is supplied only from May to October.

A bathtub, shower, hot water, iron and smoke detector are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two, with a crib, baby bath and baby monitor available. The holiday home is professionally managed with local 24/7 support.

Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and only for the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Pets are prohibited unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules.
