## About the house

The home accommodates up to 12 guests in five ensuite bedrooms, with five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 1 contains the media room and laundry. Level 2 has four ensuite bedrooms: an oceanside king with a shower/tub combination, an oceanside queen with a standing shower, a queen with a shower/tub combination, and a bedroom with a full-size bed and twin-over-twin bunk set with a shower/tub combination. The hot tub is also on Level 2. Level 3 has a king ensuite with a shower/tub combination, a half bathroom, great room, kitchen, dining area and ship’s watch. Decks and the dining area have ocean views.

The equipped kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, charcoal grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. A private boarded walkway without steps leads to the beach and includes a dune deck. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway.

The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027. The Welcome Program provides arrival starter supplies: a roll of paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag in an insulated cooler bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom. These are starter quantities, not supplies for the entire stay.

Oceanfront, with direct beach access via a private boarded walkway without steps and a dune deck. Parking is limited to five vehicles.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits; violations may result in termination of the tenancy. Guests must provide paper products, trash bags and soaps beyond the arrival starter supplies.
