House rules
Minimum rental period: one month. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover additional domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in case of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor; the building has a lift. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
