The house

Residenza Diaz is a spacious apartment with abundant natural light on the second floor of a historic building with a lift. Armando Diaz was born here on December 5, 1861.

The large living room has a double sofa bed, TV and dining table. A separate equipped kitchen includes an oven, kettle, moka coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge, and opens onto a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. A terrace is also included among the home features.

The main level has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a desk, and two shower bathrooms, one ensuite. A wooden spiral staircase leads to a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed, a single bed and an ensuite shower bathroom.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a washing machine. A hairdryer is provided. Napoli Central station is approximately 2.5 km away, and Naples Capodichino airport is reachable in less than 15 minutes by car.
