The house

The second-floor apartment is reached on foot. Its living room has two sofas that each convert into a single bed, a pull-out bed, a television, a dining table and an open-plan fitted kitchen. French doors lead to a balcony with a glimpse of the lake. The bedroom has two single beds, and the bathroom has a bathtub that also serves as a shower. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave; a hairdryer is also provided.

The residential complex has four shared swimming pools: one Olympic pool, one panoramic pool and two children's pools. They are available from 1 June to 1 September, between 09:00 and 20:00; swimming caps may be required. Other shared facilities include four tennis courts, with private lessons available, mini golf, a small football and basketball pitch, a bowls court, table tennis and a children's play area. Two bars, a pizzeria and a restaurant open from mid-June to mid-September.

The apartment is 30 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and approximately 50 km from Verona airport.
