This is a private structure available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorisation and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The property is not fenced. Pets are accepted, with mandatory extra cleaning. Minimum stays are four nights for the published 2026–2028 periods.
Getting there
The property is 7 km from Todi. Access includes 330 metres of unpaved road that is not suitable for low or sports cars. The pool is about 10 metres from the house and requires four steps from the portico. The parking area has eight covered and five uncovered spaces.
