House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key collection. During low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Household linen is not renewed and cleaning is not provided during the stay. A refundable €800 security deposit is held per booking by card pre-authorisation. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional charges per booking: kitchen cloths €2; towel set €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; final cleaning €75; bath mat €3. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. Tourist tax is stated as included in the total price, although the description also says it is payable before the stay.
Getting there
Plage de la Pège is 1.5 km away. The listing also places the chalet 5 minutes from the beach without stating a travel mode. A private parking space is described near the chalet; the features state two outdoor spaces in the same building. Electric-vehicle charging on the estate is prohibited; charging points are available in town. The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
