Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in is available from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations, with booking details available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The approach road is narrow. Access from the car park requires approximately 30 steps over two flights of stairs. The shared pool and tennis court are a short walk away in a separate complex. Desenzano railway station is approximately 35 km away; Verona airport is approximately 70 km away.
