## About the house

The apartment accommodates four guests. The living room has a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot and kettle. It opens onto a spacious furnished porch overlooking Lake Garda. The master bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available.

Guests have access to the residence's shared swimming pool and tennis court, a short walk away in a separate complex. The pool opens from 1 June to 30 September, between 09:00 and 20:00; swimming caps may be required.

The ground-floor apartment is reached by two flights of stairs, approximately 30 steps, from the car park. The approach road is narrow. Desenzano railway station is approximately 35 km away and Verona airport approximately 70 km away.
