The second-floor apartment has a bright living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, Smart TV and an open-plan kitchen. A French door opens onto a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave.

The first bedroom has a queen-size double bed, wardrobe and balcony overlooking the residence garden. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and small wardrobe, with access to the balcony shared by the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine; a hairdryer and iron are also provided.

The shared condominium pool opens from 1 May to 30 September, between 09:00 and 20:00; a swimming cap may be required. The shared tennis court can be reserved on site for an additional charge.

Desenzano del Garda lies on the southern shore of Lake Garda in the province of Brescia. Verona airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car, and Desenzano del Garda station is approximately 10 minutes away by car.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrival runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. The tennis court is bookable on site for an additional charge.
