The apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, television and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. French doors lead to a private balcony with an outdoor table and chairs overlooking the residence garden.

The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe; the second bedroom has a bunk bed with an attached wardrobe. The bathroom contains a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Other equipment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron, hairdryer and mosquito net.

The residence has large green spaces and shared swimming pools, open from 1 May to 30 September between 07:00 and 22:00. A swimming cap may be required.

The apartment is approximately 15 minutes by car from Desenzano and Peschiera train stations and approximately 30 minutes from Verona Valerio Catullo airport. Sirmione's attractions include Scaliger Castle and its Darsena, the lakeside panoramic road, vineyard cycling in Lugana, thermal baths, Villa Callas, Lido delle Bionde and Jamaica Beach.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information if travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand; its amount varies with local regulations, and booking details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
