The apartment accommodates four guests and is on the first floor, with its bedroom on an upper level. The living room has a double sofa bed, flat-screen television, dining table and chairs, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. The private covered terrace overlooks Lake Garda, the swimming pool and greenery. Upstairs, the bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, boiler, microwave, fridge, toaster and juicer. Wi-Fi, fans, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

The residence has two swimming pools. Shared pool access runs from 1 June to 30 September, from 09:00 to 20:00; a swimming cap may be required.

Moniga del Garda is in the province of Brescia on the Lombard shore of Lake Garda. Its historic centre has narrow streets, the Church of San Martino and a tenth-century castle. Local beaches offer lakeside walks, and cycle paths connect the town with Salò and Lonate. Verona Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car.

Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The published arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Check-out is no later than 10:00. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days before arrival; its amount varies according to local regulations. A swimming cap may be required for the shared pool.
