The house

The apartment accommodates up to five guests. Its bright, parquet-floored living area has a leather double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table beside the open-plan kitchen. A French door opens onto a small balcony furnished with a small table.

The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has wardrobes and a desk. The mosaic-tiled bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, fans and mosquito net are available.

The residence has a shared swimming pool open from 1 May to 30 September, with published hours of 9 am to 8 pm. A swimming cap may be required. Guests can use an on-property garage measuring 6 × 2.30 m, with a height of 1.80 m.

Verona Airport is 65 km away. The local area offers bays for sailing, fishing and water sports, hill and mountain walks, Maderno’s serviced lakeside beach, Toscolano’s Thursday morning market and the Paper Museum in the Valley of the Paper Mills.
