The property does not accept pets. Outdoor pools are unavailable from 1 November through 30 April because they are emptied due to weather conditions. The lower apartment has a separate entrance and is rented separately. Electricity, water and bottled-gas costs are included. The apartment is cleaned before arrival and towels are prepared according to the guest capacity.
