The house

The apartment occupies the ground floor and a lower level. The ground-floor living room has a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with a microwave, oven and dishwasher. It opens onto a spacious covered porch with a second dining table and sun loungers.

The ground floor also has a bedroom with a queen-size double bed and wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to a spacious lower-level recreation room with a double sofa bed, another sofa, a table and chairs. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are provided.

The shared swimming pool opens from 1 May to 30 September, from 09:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. A swimming cap may be required.

The apartment is near Lake Garda on the Brescia shore, in the Valtenesi area. Desenzano train station is approximately 15 minutes away by car; the airport is approximately 40 minutes away.
