There really is something for everyone in this diverse neighbourhood. Catch the footy at the famous MCG or the Aussie open at Rod Laver, explore Little Saigon/Victoria Street, eat at one of the city's top-rated restaurants and head for a cocktail on Swan St.

If these rules are violated, it will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required.
