## About the house

The home sleeps up to eight guests over two floors. There are two separate living areas with sea views, a dining area, and two sets of outdoor furniture in a fully fenced and gated section with a garden/patio. A ground-floor bedroom is available.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed; bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed; bedroom 3 has a king single and a single bed; and bedroom 4 has a queen-size bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite. Both bathrooms have a basin, toilet and shower, and the main bathroom also has a freestanding bath. There is a separate guest toilet downstairs and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

The full kitchen includes an oven, hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Wi-Fi and a smart TV are provided. A highchair is available on request when booking.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels, with pillows and duvets provided. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure.

Red Beach is accessed after crossing Ngapara Street. Off-street and roadside parking are available. Orewa and Hatfields beaches are a short drive to the north, and Silverdale shopping centre, with supermarkets and cafes, is less than 10 minutes’ drive away. There is no pool or hot tub.

No smoking or pets. Do not wear high heels or stilettos on the wooden floors, to avoid marking them. Request a highchair when making your booking if needed.
