The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms plus a half bathroom. The upper-floor main living area has views of surrounding trees, a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and a large television with cable and a DVD player. Internet access, books and family board games are available.

The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a microwave, stove and dishwasher, with dining at a breakfast bar and dining table. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a shower and separate tub. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available.

Outside are a furnished deck, gas grill and private hot tub. Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, adult bikes, a gaming system, a ping-pong table, an iron and an electric vehicle charger.

Ten complimentary SHARC passes provide access to the community aquatic center's shared pools, hot tubs and sports courts, subject to its occupancy, amenity and access regulations. The home is on the north edge of Sunriver, across the street from a golf course and a few steps from a community bike trail. Resort amenities are a short drive away; Bend is about a 25-minute drive. Nearby recreation includes golf, horseback riding, hiking, biking and activities on the Deschutes River, with eateries, shops and a market nearby.
