No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. A refundable security deposit of €800 per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorization. Contact the local agency one week before arrival with your arrival time to arrange key collection. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement. Optional services: kitchen towels €6 per booking; a set of one small and one large bath towel €12 per booking; double-bed linen €36 per booking; single-bed linen €30 per booking; final cleaning €92 per booking; cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. The tourist tax is included in the displayed total price. A personalized welcome, end-of-stay service, heating and outdoor parking are included. Regular cleaning during the stay can be requested in advance and is subject to an additional charge.
