The apartment is on the first floor of a building with a lift and accommodates up to five guests. An entrance hallway leads to the rooms. The bright living room has two sofas, a dining area and a TV. A long balcony, accessible from both the living room and the well-equipped kitchen, leads to the garden.
Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, and one also has a single bed. One bedroom opens onto the garden, which has two large umbrellas, a large wooden table, two smaller tables, sunbeds and outdoor chairs. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower and washing machine.
Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and oven. Air conditioning, an iron and a hairdryer are available. On-site parking has limited availability in summer; street parking is an alternative along the road between the harbor and the building. Rapallo train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the airport is a 30-minute drive away.
