## About the house

The farmhouse accommodates 10 guests in five bedrooms with five bathrooms. The first level contains two living areas, a kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom arranged as a double or twin as needed, and a bathroom. The second level has three separate accesses and contains two twin bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a double bedroom with an external bathroom, and a loft suite with a study and pool view. The overall bed inventory is two single beds and four queen-size beds.

The grounds include almond trees, an outdoor dining area adjoining the kitchen and dining room, sun loungers, seating areas and a covered gazebo. Views extend over the Gulf of Cefalù and five Aeolian Islands. A tennis court is available at an extra cost.

The shared swimming pool opens from 1 April to 31 October; swimming caps may be required. The kitchen has a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and fridge. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a shower are available.

The farmhouse is arranged over two levels, with three separate accesses to the second level. Renting a car at Palermo airport is recommended when arriving by plane.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Electricity consumption above the stated allowance of 50kW/day incurs a supplement of €0.50/kW for the excess. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations. The tennis court costs extra. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge.
