The rectangular pool measures 12 x 5 metres, has a constant depth of 1.4 metres, Roman steps, internal lighting and chlorine purification. It is heated on request for an extra charge, with two days' prior notice and heating up to 28 degrees. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. It is reached by a pedestrian path or a flight of steps from the garden.

The property is on the first hills near Cesena, within the Rio Mattero–Rio Cuneo naturalistic area. Cesena is 8 km away. Roads are paved to the entrance gate; the last stretch inside the property is unpaved but described as rather easy. The swimming pool is a few metres from the Relais and is reached by a pedestrian path or steps. Cesenatico beach is 30 km away and Milano Marittima is reachable by car in 30 minutes.

The property is rented exclusively, so no other guests are present on site. The property is fenced. The Finnish tub is available on request for an extra cost and can accommodate up to six people. Sauna access has an extra charge. Pets are allowed.
