House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Streaming services require guests’ own accounts. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellations within 30 days receive no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.

The beach is one mile away and can be reached on foot or by bicycle.
