House rules

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Approved pet stays incur a $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Mandatory identity verification via a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability from the night before and an additional charge; guaranteed early arrival or late departure requires booking the preceding or following night, subject to availability. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, turn off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Check for personal belongings before leaving. Retrieval of forgotten items is not guaranteed; found items can be returned within Australia subject to postage and service fees. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Booking protection through Travel Support covers lost baggage and emergency medical expenses with claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.

Getting there

The building is undergoing refurbishment, with completion expected in the second half of 2026. Some images include digital furniture and styling. Darwin CBD attractions, restaurants and public transport connections are within walking distance. Darwin Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away.
