House rules
Children must be at least 12 years old. Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. Cook services are optional and available on request for an additional fee. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
Getting there
The condominium is on the first floor and is beachfront at Reeds Bay. Beach accessibility varies seasonally. Holetown is a 9-minute drive away, Massy Stores Sunset Crest Holetown is a 6-minute drive away, and Grantley Adams International Airport is a 40-minute drive away.
