This two-level condominium has a ground-floor master suite and two first-floor en suite bedrooms reached by an external staircase next to the condominium. The master suite has a walk-in closet and French doors opening to a covered patio, private garden and beachfront. An open-plan kitchen and living area includes a breakfast bar and entertainment system with cable TV. Outdoor facilities include a private sheltered plunge pool, sun loungers, covered terrace, barbecue, beach chairs and beach shower. Indoor amenities include ceiling fans, books, a DVD player, hair dryer, BOSE wireless speaker, wetbar and security safe. A guard is provided for 12 hours. Housekeeping and cook service are included; the cook prepares two consecutive meals per day. Watersports are available by request, and golf and tennis facilities are nearby.

The ground floor opens directly to Reeds Bay beach. Beach accessibility varies seasonally. The condominium occupies two levels with steep stairs between floors; the first-floor bedrooms are reached by an external staircase next to the condominium. Holetown is a 9-minute drive, Massy Stores Sunset Crest Holetown is a 6-minute drive, and Grantley Adams International Airport is a 40-minute drive.

Children must be at least 12 years old. Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
