Children under 12 are not accepted. Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive the deposit less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable. The cook prepares two consecutive meals per day.
Getting there
The condominium has two levels with steep stairs between floors and an external staircase beside the condo to the first floor. The ground floor leads directly to Reeds Bay and the beach. Beach accessibility varies seasonally. Reeds House is between Holetown and Speightstown; Holetown is a 9-minute drive, Massy Stores Sunset Crest Holetown is a 6-minute drive, Grantley Adams International Airport is a 40-minute drive, and Lone Star Restaurant and Baia Barbados are listed as 3 and 12 minutes away by car.
