A covered terrace overlooks the bay. The property has a private plunge pool, beach chairs, garden, terrace, beach shower, wetbar, barbecue, Wi-Fi, air-conditioned bedrooms, ceiling fans, books, DVD player, hair dryer, BOSE wireless speaker, cable TV, a security safe, and a guard service for 12 hours. An in-house cook prepares two consecutive meals per day, and a housekeeper is provided. Watersports can be arranged by request. The beach has seasonal fluctuations in accessibility. Children under 12 are not accepted. Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive the deposit less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable. The cook prepares two consecutive meals per day.
