House rules

Maximum occupancy is 13 people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is not permitted; shipping to the local team address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. An initial payment of 50% is due on booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day deadline receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged and charged by the Reservation Team; stays exceeding 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged and charged by the team. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from the Park City InvitedHome team and depends on availability.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. A maximum of two cars is allowed at the property.
