The 7,019-square-foot home has six full bathrooms and one half bathroom, mountain and forest views, and expansive windows. Four named bedrooms each have a king bed; the bunk bedroom has a bunk bed and sofa bed, and the den has a sofa bed.

Leisure facilities include a private theater room, a game room with a pool table and ping-pong table, a gym, a fireplace and a private hot tub. Outdoor spaces include a balcony and uncovered deck or patio, with a grill. Ski storage and boot heaters are available.

The kitchen includes an island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. There is a dining table, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to two cars. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, heating and hot water are provided. Air conditioning is limited to the living room and second main bedroom. Long-term stays are allowed.

Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. A maximum of two cars is allowed at the property.

Maximum occupancy is 13 people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is not permitted; shipping to the local team address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items.

Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. An initial payment of 50% is due on booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day deadline receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged and charged by the Reservation Team; stays exceeding 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged and charged by the team.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and checkout is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from the Park City InvitedHome team and depends on availability.
